Jordan Herr launched a momentum changing, three-run home run in the second inning, erasing an early 3-0 deficit and putting the Black Knights ahead 5-3. On the mound, Kyle Enoch pitched into the 7th inning before giving way to Geoff Dornes. With the potential tying runs on base, Dornes struck out the side to end the game.
Phil Harnick scored two runs, reached base in all four of his trips to the plate, and had a single and a double on the day. Charlie Parker reached base five times, scored one run, and had an RBI single.
